Before the job began...
This is what we walked into... well, actually, this is the 2nd time we attended to this clients house. The white stuff on the wall is a product we used to seal the mold spores and keep it from floating around in the house until the remediation begins.
The closet doors
These doors looked horrible with patches everywhere so we just painted some faux wood grain and fixed the problem.

Remember that the key to this job is to restore what we can to save money...
A little bathroom mold job
As this client was replacing their toilet, they realized that the 2x4 in the wall was rotted away. We arrived to the site to replace the rotted framing and find the bathroom full of mold.
A Kitchen Facelift.
Depending on our client's needs, we can always rip it out, toss it out, and replace everything but in this case, this job happened to be an income property which meant budget, budget, and budget!
And one thing that I've noticed during all the years in the field, most older properties have real wood cabinetry... sand and re-stain or simply paint it and it's way nicer than the press borad stuff that alot of places have nowadays.
We take pride in our ability to take something old and outdated, flip it around and have it better than new... hence one of the reasons why the 'R' in 'OSR services' stands for restoration.
Portfilio and Job photos
This state-of-the-art piece of equipment is used to rescue hardwood flooring. Set this puppy up and let it suck up all the moisture.
Shown here is a wall built with poly to separate the work area from the other parts of the house. The last thing we want is dust and debris all over your belonging. We treat every single job as if we are working at my grandmother's house... And trust me... We really do not want to leave dust behind at HER HOUSE!!!
